Post the COVID-19 panademic, salon and grooming hygience will esentially need to be stepped up with minimal contact safety protocols. This is kit is designed specfically for the use during grooming services and treatments, personally at home or in salons to elimate chances of contamination. The kit comes in two variations - Mini Kit & Maxi Kit. This individually packaged kits are disposable and all products are for one time use only.

Suitable for multiple salon treatments including waxing, mani, pedi, haircut, facial, threading and all other treatments on salon chair.

Apron: Eliminates direct bacteria or residue contant with your personal clothing during treatments on salon chair

Bedsheet: For use during personal room treatments such as waxing, massages etc. Disposable and for one time use only.

Treatment Gown: For use during personal room treatments such as waxing, massages etc. Disposable and for one time use only.

Latex Gloves: To to be worn throughout your time of the treatment, while using doorknobs, selection of nail paint, monetary transaction etc.

Sanitizing Wipes: For cleanising hands before or after the treatment. Can be used on gadgets, outershell of handbags, wallets that may have touched a public surface.

Hair Cap: For use to avoid bacterial contact with hair during face or body treatments

3 Ply Mask: To be worn for overall protection against contamination.

Hand Sanitizing Gel Sachet: For sanitization of hand during and after the treatment or as in when required.

Dry Napkin: To be used instead of common towels for wiping hands or face.


1.How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders received till 9:00 AM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9.00 AM or on non-working days will be dispatched the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery.


1. How do I return an item?

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.

If you wish to place an return or exchange request. kindly do so on  and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id use to placed the order. Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick. 

Following products shall not be eligible for return:

· Perfumes

· Masks

· Accessories

· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

· Products sold during sale cannot be returned unless it is a defective product.

· Any item that have been worn or washed.

We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

· All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. jewellery must be packed in the original jewellery box)

· Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.

· In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well


1. How will I receive my refund?

· Refund's will be processed within 7 days from the date of returned/exchnaged items being received in our warehouse. 

· Refunds to Kazo Credit/GV - may take refunds of returned items.

Note:- Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
