Shipping, Orders & Returns
1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders received before 2:00 AM are dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 2:00 AM or on non-working days are dispatched on the next working day.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery will be made only to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹6,000 are not processed.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS with a unique tracking number.
You can use this tracking number on the Track Order page to monitor your shipment.
3. Do I have to pay any additional taxes or fees?
No. All taxes and charges are included in the order price.
4. What if the product is received in damaged or incorrect condition?
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, you can request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
To place a return request:

Upload at least 3 images of the product for verification

Requests without images will not be accepted

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be processed
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
Note: We do not offer exchanges. Only returns with refund are available.

1. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, only before dispatch.
Please email us with your Order ID to request cancellation or modification.
Returns & Refunds
1. How do I return an item?
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery by:

Visiting the Return page

Entering your Order ID and email ID

Uploading at least 3 images of the product
After approval, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
2. Refund process

Exchanges are not available.

Once the returned product is picked up and passes quality check, the refund will be processed shortly after pickup.

The refund will be issued to the original payment source or to the bank account details provided by the customer, as applicable.
3. Products not eligible for return
The following items cannot be returned:

Perfumes
-
Masks
-
Accessories
-
Items without original packaging or tags

Items that are worn or washed
We may request product or packaging images to complete the return process.
4. Important return conditions

Products must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
(e.g., jewelry must be returned in the original jewelry box). -
Any free gift/offer item must also be returned with the main product.
