SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders received till 9:00am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9.00am or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
2. How are the delivery charges calculated?
We charge a flat non-refundable shipping charge of Rs 100 for all orders below Rs 999. Orders of Rs 999 and above are shipped free of cost for (Pre-Paid Customer).
We charge a non-refundable COD fee of INR 100 on all orders.
Note:- We do not process Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders above Rs. 5000/-
3. Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. You can track your order using the tracking number at https://kazo.com/pages/track-order
4. Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?
All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.
5. What if the product received is in damaged condition?
If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.
If you wish to place an return or exchange request. kindly do so on https://kazo-fashion.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id use to placed the order. Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests
· All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. jewellery must be packed in the original jewellery box)
· Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
· In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well

1. Can I change or cancel my order?
Order cancellation or change in order can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us mentioning your Order ID.
