1. How do I return an item?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.
If you wish to place an return or exchange request. kindly do so on https://kazofashion.returnscenter.com/ and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id use to placed the order. Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
Following products shall not be eligible for return:
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
· Products sold during sale cannot be returned unless it is a defective product.
· Any item that have been worn or washed.
We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests
· All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. jewellery must be packed in the original jewellery box)
· Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
· In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
1. How will I receive my refund?
· Refund's will be processed within 7 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse.
· Refunds to Kazo Credit/GV - may take refunds of returned items.
